Champagne: Discovering the region (1 day)

Leaving from Paris, we will drive you to Reims. Walking tour of the historic centre and the unmissable Notre-Dame de Reims cathedral, one of the largest and most beautiful cathedrals in France and in the world. From there, on to Epernay, capital of Champagne, to visit its 110 kms of cellars and taste the most famous champagnes in the world: Ruinart, Taittinger, Mumm.

Not-to-be-missed visit to the village of Hautvillers, the burial place of the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon, to whom we owe the famous champagne. For enthusiasts, we offer the discovery and tasting of less known champagnes, produced by Champagne winegrowers who will be happy to share their know-how with you.

For lunch, according to your wishes, we can organise a picnic in the middle of the vineyards, or a meal in a Michelin 3-star restaurant. For lovers of flora and fauna, we will drive you along the Lac du Der (less well-known than Lake Annecy!) Where you can admire the flights of migrating birds in autumn. Return to Paris at the end of the afternoon.
